Brian has played all over the USA. He has played the historic CBGB’s the Mercury Lounge and others. He is an accomplished session musician as well as stage musician. Early on he was in a band named Dirt with Byron Isaacs of the Lumineers. Then he was in his own alternative Rock band called Champagne Francis. He also did a full length Jazz Album that’s currently out on Soundcloud. He is an expert in electric and steel string / nylon acoustic in multiple styles including rock (classic / metal / alternative), pop, blues, jazz and classical.

Brian loves to teach he feels that one of the best ways to get better is to consistently teach your students the right methods and skills so that they can become better musicians themselves. Brian loves seeing his students progress and really learn the theory and the method behind how a song was written instead of just knowing the notes to a song. He believes that by teaching his students how a song was written, they can write their own songs someday. Knowing how a song was composed is just as important as knowing the song itself.
